How it works

Level, subject, and whether you want the lesson at home or online. It takes a minute and costs nothing.
- We match a vetted tutor
The office finds the right person and sends you their booking link — with the exact price on it.
- Pay after we confirm
Once the tutor accepts your time, you pay by mobile money. Not before.
- The lesson happens — then you get a report
Your tutor writes what was covered, how your child did and what to work on. Only then is the tutor paid.
Three promises we keep
Your money is protected
You pay only after a tutor has accepted your time. We hold that money and release it to the tutor after the lesson has actually happened.
If a lesson does not happen, we make it right with you directly. That is the whole reason to pay through us rather than hand cash to someone you have just met.
Never pay a tutor directly. If anyone asks you to, tell us.
Safety, taken seriously
For lessons at your home, tutors agree to work in a room where the family can see and hear them, and to keep contact on our channels.
Sit in on the first lesson with any new tutor. It is normal, and no good tutor minds.

We will tell you if tutoring is not the answer
When a child's marks drop suddenly, the cause is sometimes outside the classroom — something at home, at school, with friends. More lessons on top of that can make things worse, not better.
Tell us on the request form and someone from our office will call you before we match anyone — a private conversation, free, no obligation. If tutoring is the right answer, we match you then.

One lesson is about an hour, and two or three short lessons a week beat one long one — we price per lesson so you can do exactly that.
